My Story: From Foot Faults to Certified Strategy
Let me be honest with you. When I first stepped onto a pickleball court, I was completely lost. I came from a fast-paced sports background, but pickleball threw me for a loop. I served from the wrong side, got confused by three-number scores like 0-0-2, and baseline foot faults were a regular habit.
The turning point came when I realized that mastering pickleball isn’t just about swinging harder—it’s about outsmarting your opponents by understanding the deep technical layout and rules of the game.
Since 2019, I have been deeply embedded in the USA Pickleball community. I transitioned from a confused beginner to a passionate strategist and certified referee. Over the years, I have coached over 200 new players, helped build local playing networks, and spent countless hours studying the official rulebook inside out.
I launched Pickle Insights to create the ultimate, no-nonsense resource that I wish I had when I started.
